Overlocked Units and Auction Units

If your unit is overlocked:

Log into your online account
Make payment in full
We will remove overlock within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Accounts brought current on the weekend, late night, and over a holiday will be 24 hours after first business day.

We strictly follow all Indiana laws governing the auction of delinquent units
We overlock your delinquent unit - you will receive numerous notices by the time your unit is overlocked
When your unit becomes delinquent by 45 days, we will send an email notice or USPS Certified Mail notice
Next we will publish a public notice of auction in paper of local circulation or electronically
We will take pictures of your delinquent unit to post an online auction
We will post your delinquent unit in an online auction
To redeem your unit prior to within one (1) hour of auction end, payment in full must be made as well as a auction cancellation fee of $20 (our cost)
Once your delinquent unit has been auction, we will apply proceeds to your past due balance. You will be given ten (10) days to pay any amount past due. After ten (10) days, any remaining amount due will be sent for legal collection. Legal collection will add significant fees to the amount due and may impact your ability to obtain credit in the future.
